Often several times a day. And seen by many at the same time. Now the Norwegian and international research groups engaged in studying the phenomenon. It is filmed and recorded on advanced instruments. But what is it ...?

The film "The Portal" will take us into the story of the Hessdalen phenomenon, and present what people have seen and what researchers have found - so far. It will put the spotlight on whether this can be connected to the new world view. Is this a portal to a new reality, with new knowledge and new understanding of how the world really is? Can we here discover new sources of energy, which can solve our environmental problems? Have we here in Norway a unique opportunity to find the key to something so many are looking for?
